Please note: our loyalty program currently works for in-store purchases only. If you make an online purchase and would like points added to your account, please email info@tortoiseharefootwear.com with your purchase receipt, full name, and phone number to look up your accounts.

If you are a current customer and have a frequent buyer account with us already, you may have a default account already under the name your account was under. If the information you input in our new loyalty program matches what we already have, those accounts will merge. Otherwise, it will create a new account.
