Let's get to know you and your feet! Here's where we will ask some questions to help us get started
-Your goals! What are we hoping to accomplish today?
-Past and present injuries we should be aware of
-Shoes that worked, or didn't (we can look at your purchase history)
Next up is our Albert, powered by Aetrex! This state of the art technology will measure your every aspect of your feet, from your arch and instep height, width, and lots of other important measurements. Albert will also give us a pressure map of your feet, allowing us to determine your support and cushioning needs. It's pretty cool, and everyone is welcome to try it out.
Let's get to the fun part, the SHOES!
-Every brand makes different models of running and walking shoes to accommodate varying arch types
-We organize the models by control, support, and neutral
-We will bring out various options for you to try on, all while making sure the fit of each is right for your foot.
-Our team will help you work through the options and talk about what makes each shoe different so you can make an informed decision
-Walk, run, or hop on the treadmill! We want you to get a good feel for the shoes before you make your decision, so test them out!
