Group Run Frequently Asked Questions

Join us every Wednesday at Dovetail Cafe, 6pm year round! This is a free run group with no sign up fee or subscriptions. Come join us when you can, no worries if you can't make it. This a group for all paces, from sub 8 to 12+ paces. Whatever your pace, you are welcome.

For safety concerns, we can only take ages 12 and up, and we do require a parent/guardian to be present.

At this time dogs are not allowed, we want everyone to feel welcome, and while we love dogs, not everyone feels the same way.


If it's your first time joining us, please come 10 minutes early to sign our waiver and meet some of the other runners! Our staff will be onsite 15 minutes before the run.

These runs are meant to be an easy, social event. We are not training for anything, simply getting out there and enjoying beautiful Duluth, and socializing with other cool folks! Afterwards, all are welcome to hang out with beverages at a Dovetail Cafe!
